Geek Retreat has a ground level entrance, however the majority of the store is situated on the basement level. There is a wheelchair lift between the ground and basement levels.

The basement level is completely step-free. There are some relatively narrow corridors between the entrance of and main area of the basement.

Toilets

Geek Retreat has three public toilets, all of which are located on the basement level:

• A unisex toilet, with two stalls, located in the main area of the store.
• A women’s only toilet, located in the main area of the store.
• A disabled toilet, located near the entrance to the basement level.
