The Season 5 premiere meet might be just around the corner, but that’s not stopping us holding our regular monthly meet this March! This ride never ends.

Meet Plan

As you may expect (and heck, desire) we’re pouring our hearts and minds into the premiere right now, so forgive us if this meet is a little bit formulaic of us!

11:00am–11:30am Starbucks

You ask for coffee, they give you coffee. It’s a good system.

11:30am–1:00pm The Knights Templar

Fill up for the day ahead. Please don’t get wasted.

1:00pm–4:00pm ???

We’re pouring all our love and resources into the premiere meet, so we don’t have anything planned to do here right now. So in the spirit of February we put it to you folks to suggest what we’re doing. Get in touch with your ideas!

4:00pm–5:30pm Forbidden Planet

If you’re lucky they’ll have some of those Discord Funko vinyls again. They’re crazy fancy, yo!

5:30pm–??? Subway

Well, now you have the option of a nice, pleasant, quiet dinner with polite conversation…

6:00pm–??? Laser Quest

…Or running around screaming while shooting everyone you lay eyes on. It’s up to you!

By train

The nearest railway station is Bristol Temple Meads (approx. 440 feet away).

Upon arriving at Temple Meads, continue straight ahead after exiting the ticket barrier and leave via the side entrance into the Temple Meads car park. The Starbucks is located in a row of shops on the other side of the car park.

By bus

Most local buses will stop in proximity to Bristol Temple Meads. Use the First Bus website to find the best route for you.

Bristol Bus and Coach Station is 0.9 miles away. If opting not to walk, go to the bus stop on Nelson Street (B3), and from there catch the number 8 bus to Bristol Temple Meads (5 stops).

By car

The nearest parking is at Bristol Temple Meads, which has both indoor and outdoor parking spaces available at different day rates, and free parking for motorcycles.

Also nearby are the council-operated Temple Gate car park (0.3 miles away) and the Bristol First Hotel car park (0.2 miles away), the latter of which has a four hour maximum stay.

Bristol Temple Meads railway station has free short stay parking for up to 20 minutes—which may be useful for quick drop offs or pick ups—located at the front of the station.

By bike

A large amount of on-street cycle parking is located directly outside of the Starbucks. Sheltered (but not enclosed) bicycle parking is present nearby towards Temple Meads.

Wheelchairs

We typically meet in the upstairs area of this Starbucks, which is not wheelchair accessible. If you use a wheelchair and plan to attend, please give us a heads up and we’ll aim to congregate downstairs instead.

The entrance doors to this Starbucks are a split design and may be difficult to operate from a wheelchair. There is a call button on the outside of the door for those requiring assistance.

Toilets

A wheelchair accessible toilet is available on the ground floor.
