Taunton “Bronies” Art Meet

The August edition of Taunton Bronies Art meet hosted by StormBlaze. Non bronies also welcome, if you wish to meet new people or learn some art techniques.

StormBlaze presents another Taunton based Art Meet! Bronies, furries, nerds and budding artists all welcome. Come along to doodle for a day with other fellow art types or come along to learn and improve your skills. I will be offering to teach newbies the basics in drawing and designing characters.

Feel free to bring your laptops and tablets for digital work. Myself will be using traditional means. I will also supply spare paper, pencils, etc.

We will be chilling out at Henry’s pub in the heart of Taunton where they serve food, drinks and a great atmosphere for the alternative scene. We are also going to be right next door to the brillant local geek shop Krackers! 100% confirm he has pony merch as well. If the pub is empty again then we will take over the upstairs room where there is loads of space, pool tables, dart board and jukebox.

If the weather stays lovely then we will move out to Vivary Park after everyone is done with food etc at Henry’s.

I can arrange to meet people at the train station if you’re new to Taunton. But google maps will take you to the pub.

There are car parks all over town; The pub actually backs out onto The Crescent car park, but the multistory/Orchard car park is right opposite.
